Software Tester/Customer
Support Technician
Cole Valley Software is seeking an
experienced software tester and customer support technician.
Description:
As a tester you will work closely with development to test new
product features and enhancements. As you learn the product you
will also have the opportunity to work with customers to assist
them with product support. By creating a close working
relationship with our clients and development, a high degree of
product quality and customer satisfaction is to be achieved.
Requirements:
You *MUST* have experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Strong technical skills
Excellent phone skills
Enjoy finding software bugs and troubleshooting
Enjoy working with customers
Self sufficient
Attention to detail
Persistent
Have own computer(s) with high speed internet access
Work from home
Preferred skills:
Experience in CRM
Experience with Exchange Server
