Announcing the Release of Client Relationship Console

Cole Valley Software announces the immediate release and availability of the latest addition to its suite of CRM products, Client Relationship Console (CRC).

Client Relationship Console integrates with any CRM, VoIP phone, and time and billing system and provides users with data they want when they need it – collections, billing, and client relationship information, all at the user’s fingertips. Your Contacts Update Their Data Online

Keeping the data on your contacts up-to-date is a constant challenge. ContactEase's Browser-Based Client Update Form allows you to have your contacts review and update their own data in a secure environment, giving you their most current information and saving the time and expense (and potential for error) of having someone else input it!

First, using the mass email capability of ContactEase, send a personalized email to the contact with a secure, unique link to your website, where their data is already filled in and is ready to be edited. The contact can edit any data that you wish them to, RSVP for an event, or select which mailing and seminars they would be interested in. Updates can either go directly into ContactEase, or into a "holding tank" to be reviewed and accepted by your staff.

Clients have saved almost half of their database administrator's time with this system, since only data review is necessary instead of entering all the data directly. One client experienced a 75% response rate from this mailing.
