Communication of changes is often the best way to ease concerns of sharing information, and the ContactEase Change Tracker lets users know what is happening to their data. Now, ContactEase can automatically email reports to users, displaying changes made to their contacts, and reflecting information before and after any change, including who made them.

The report contains summary information about which contacts are shared with other users, as well as those that are unique to them.

The summary report displays the quantities of contacts a user has, those that are unique, those shared, and those shared by one or more users. The values returned can be clicked on as links and a list of those individual contacts will be returned.
