Communicate personally en masse
The personal approach is key in business. This is true in electronic communication as well -- people know (and are not impressed) when they receive an e-mailing where they are BCC:’d (and even less impressed when they see a whole list of your other contacts in the TO: or CC: fields). Spam filters also catch such email, and it often never reaches the recipient.
