Sharing contact and company information across a firm within applications like GroupWise is key to keeping that data current, consistent, and avoiding multiple points of data entry.  Users that have GroupWise can access the entire firm mailing list through ContactEase.  Not only that, but they don't need any training to do so!  Data can be entered, edited, and updated from within GroupWise and immediately become available firm-wide, with the full security capabilities of ContactEase.  Users can also take any existing contacts they may have in their GroupWise address book and click-and-drag them directly into ContactEase from within GroupWise, and thereafter have that data in the firm wide system. 

Users Access Data Through Familiar Interface
Allowing users to access and maintain contact data through a familiar interface offers obvious advantages. By utilizing e-mail software, little to no training is necessary. This translates to a smooth transition, where users are more likely to support the new system by maintaining accurate contact data.

Users simply enter a contact in GroupWise, and the data is updated immediately into ContactEase.  Changes made to the records by another user (with proper permission) will be updated in ContactEase, and in turn reflect to all users in GroupWise.
