Q. From where are the "Assigned To" names derived? 

A. When you're not using the security module, any user that has the database open should appear in the list. Once a user has added an activity which is assigned to them, their name will remain in the list. If you are using the security module, all users listed in ContactEase Administrator will show in the Assign To list.

Q. If I mark an activity private, can any one else see it?

A. No. However, if you change the Assign To field in the Activity, the person the activity is assigned to as well as the person who created the private activity can now see the activity.
