Q. When clicking on the email icon in ContactEase, an e-mail dialog opens but the e-mail address is not placed in the To: box.

A.When sending an email in CE using an older version of GroupWise (pre 5.5), Internet: may need to be added to the front of the email address in CE. For example, Internet:support@colevalley.com

Q. In GroupWise 6.5, when using the Address Book button in a new e-mail message or in a reply message, the ContactEase Address Book is not listed.

A. GroupWise 6.5 has a new feature where a "simple" address book list is displayed when you click on the Address Book icon in a new email message or in a reply. This is different than when you click on the Address Book icon prior to creating the email, that is a system address book list. We currently do not work with the simple list, but are working with Novell to change this.
