Outlook Contacts

Q. As a delegate user, I can no longer see any private contacts added to the Contacts folder in Outlook.

A. On the workstion where the Contacts folder resides, select Tools, Options and click the Delegates tab in Microsoft Outlook. Make sure the delegate use has permissions to the folder and that the “Delegates can view my private items” is checked.
