Q. Will ContactEase work on a Terminal Server? How should it be installed?

A.  Yes, ContactEase works on a Terminal Server. ContactEase uses DSN’s to manage the connections to the main database and the admin database. Ordinarily these can be either System or User DSN’s but for Terminal Server or Citrix they must be System DSN’s. Otherwise the installation is standard.
